Italian word describing my intent to accent
the possibilities of you and those around
you!
We all have so much to offer, whether from
internal beauty or by way of inspiration
from others. I believe that when we invest
in self and those around us, everyone
succeeds.
Working to use our innate talents, and our
learned skills in an effort to create
harmony and opportunity for many is what

In 2009, via our subsidiary Preference Direct.com, we were able to connect up and coming
artist from Washington and Africa to our clients in Michigan. This was truly exciting!
Transition to 2010, with even more opportunities to connect business services as viable
options for consumers and businesses in need of customized services; our efforts will
continue to provide marketing support for artists and diverse businesses in the marketplace.
In addition, we're taking measures to increase our customer service initiative by
communicating consumer expectations to vendors, service providers and our business
clients, as an opportunity for reshaping product offerings, services and marketing efforts.
Most recently, I've begun work to develop a nonprofit company, Career Development
Matters. This venture allows me and a dedicated board of directors to give back to the
community assisting young people as well as unemployed adults take on the challenges
of our current economy by providing education regarding career planning, strategy and
available resources.
My personal involvement in the everyday operations of ACCENTARE and subsequent
ventures keeps me grounded, for hands on experience confirms my belief that individual
and business success is directly attributed to actively engaging essential relations to
employ strategic planning, goal alignment, valuable resources and hole in one execution.
I've come to know that failure to effectively enable essential relations can thwart the ability
to meet objectives and result in substantial cost for most businesses, adversely impacting
professional aspirations, entrepreneurial interests and consumer expectations. It is my
priority to minimize those cost by consulting, educating and providing access to resources
that support business viability, professional growth, entrepreneurial development, and
desired consumer engagements.
